The James Ranch is a small family farm where Lance and Gay Columbel breed and raise a stress-free herd of about 400 sheep annually. All the animals are antibiotic and growth hormone free. They feed on Northern California foothill grasses on the farm, fallen fruit from old apple, pear, and plum trees and grains from surrounding local farmers, which gives the meat its consistent quality and succulent taste.

    Each lamb is hand selected so that the very best can be delivered from the farm directly to your doorstep. A number of high profile gourmet quality restaurants stand as a testimonial to the quality and care used to produce the best and freshest lamb for their restaurants.
