Basil Sauce for Pasta
Adapted from More than Gourmet
This is one of our favorite recipes that is healthy, simple to make and simply delicious to eat. With just a few ingredients you can make this sauce in about the same amount of time that it takes to ready the pasta.
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 tbs butter1 cup heavy cream
11/2 oz Veggie-Stock Gold® (More Than Gourmet vegetable stock)***
2 oz fresh basil, chopped
3 tbs sun dried tomatoes, oil packed, drained and julienned
1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Melt butter in a sauté pan. Add cream and Veggie-Stock Gold®.
2. Whisk until blended. Add basil, sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
3. Add sauce to pasta and toss.
