How to Use:

Use this vegetable stock for enhancing the color and flavor of your current stocks or entree. Traditionally it has been used for poaching, and for steaming foods such as fish, meats, or vegetables. It makes an excellent base for soups, stews and broths and it adds a delicate flavor to stir-fry.
