This product is a 20 time reduction of pure, rich-tasting lamb stock made with Madeira wine, mirepoix and other natural spices. We know it will make an outstanding addition to all your favorite lamb recipes.

Easily reconstituted for sauces, soups, stews and braises or used full strength for a perfectly smooth and incomparable tasting sauce. Keep it on the pantry shelf until ready for use. It will last up to 18 months on the shelf and up to one year once opened and refrigerated.

How to Use:

This quick and easy to use lamb stock is easily reconstituted for sauce making, soups, stews, and as a braising liquid. A 1 and1/2 ounce portion can be reconstituted to make 4 cups of lamb stock.

To make a wide variety of sauces you can reconstitute the stock with wines such as Madeira, Dry Vermouth, Marsala, or simply with water.
