produced this delightful white wine sauce with a delicious delicate
flavor, a creamy light tan color, added a spec of pepper and given it
just enough body to coat the most delicate meat, poultry and fish
dishes.
The aroma and flavor of white
wine, butter and subtle chicken notes are enough to tempt the most
discerning of palates.
How to Use:
Simply heat-and-serve
or add some of your favorite ingredients for a more personal touch. We
suggest trying sauteed mushrooms, onions or shallots as well as a
grainy mustard for an added kick and twist. Try verjus or
lemon juice for a more citrusy flavor. Use white wine sauce straight
from the container or as a foundation to make an easy mustard,
tarragon, vermouth sauce; or a white wine mustard sauce; or
mussel soup; seafood bisque; a delightful fish chowder, a spicy ginger
garlic sauce and many, many more recipes.
Ingredients:
Water, roasted chicken stock, chicken stock, white wine, unsalted
butter, roux (made of wheat, flour and unsalted butter), modified food
starch, salt, mirepoix stock (made of carrot, celery and onion stocks),
xanthan gum, natural flavor, spices. The sauce is low fat and soy free.
