Stock (Glace de Gibier Gold) is quick and easy to use for a wide
variety of recipes calling for a deep, rich-flavored game stock,
braising or stewing liquid. It's a 20 time reduction that can be used
full strength for a variety of sauces or reconstituted to the desired
thickness.
Two tablespoons or 1.5 ounces
will reconstitute into four cups of a delicious stock base. It adds a
