This stock (Veggie Glace Gold) is a 100% vegetarian version of More Than Gourmet Demi-Glace Gold. It is made especially for those seeking incredible flavorful and taste in a roasted vegetable stock.

Vegetable Demi Glace makes a great base for rich, tasteful soups, stir-fry dishes, pasta sauces, and light sauces for both vegetable and fish dishes.
