How
to Use:
This Glace de Veau Gold (veal
stock) is used to make lighter meat flavored soups, stews, pasta dishes
and sauces. You'll find the Veal Stock is a reduction that's easy to
work with and comes ready for use. Just reconstitute per the desired
strength below and add it to your favorite recipe calling for veal
stock or glace.
It can be used full strength or
add up to 3 parts hot water for a classic Glace de Veau (veal glace).
For veal stock increase the water by as much as 20 to 1 depending on
the desired strength.

Suggestion:
By using a variety of wines you
