A 20-time reduction makes it perfect for creating gravies, sauces, soups, stuffing and a variety of side dishes like turkey risotto, vegetable and potato dishes where you want a hint of that rich turkey taste.

As a guide, the 1.5 ounce size will make up to 2 cups of gravy (usually 6 to 8 servings) or 4 cups of stock for dishes such as soup, rice and stews. Keep in mind the one-pound size is the most economical if you are considering other dishes calling for turkey stock other than turkey gravy.
Turkey stock will last at least 18 months on the pantry shelf and up to one year once opened and refrigerated so you can enjoy turkey stock anytime of year.
