As a guide, the 1.5 ounce size
will make up to 2 cups of gravy (usually 6 to 8 servings) or 4 cups of
stock for dishes such as soup, rice and stews. Keep in mind the
one-pound size is the most economical if you are considering other
dishes calling for turkey stock other than simply turkey gravy.
