Product Overview
Some of the finest saffron in the world comes from the Middle East. Saffron, like many cooking products, is graded and rated for quality, taste, color and aroma. Our suppliers only import the highest quality saffron available. We love "sargol" saffron threads from Iran and premium saffron threads from Spain. These are two products graded and rated as the finest saffrons on the market today.
The quality of "sargol" saffron is noted for it's intense, bright-red color of the stigmas with very little or no trace of yellow styles which many less expensive varieties tend to have. The hand-picked and properly dried saffron is very brittle to the touch, and has a strong fresh aroma with no musty odor. See our fine selection of top grade saffron now!
