This is a French classic roasted chicken stock made the old fashioned
way. The process requires a roasting of chicken bones, seasonings, and
other natural ingredients. Then it is slowly simmered for hours, and
reduced to a thick syrup or glace.
Keep it on the pantry shelf
until needed. Unopened it will last up to 18 months and once opened and
refrigerated will last at least one year.

to Use Roasted Chicken Stock:
Use it to deglaze roasting pans
and saute pans for sauces or use it to enhance the flavor of soups,
stews, pasta dishes, rice dishes, and roasted items. Great with any
poultry dishe, pork, vegetable and even seafood dishes.
To make a roasted chicken
stock: reconstitute 1 and 1/2 ounces (2 tablespoons) into 4 cups hot
water.
