Our collection of dried mushrooms are imported from top growing regions from around the world. Due to the new dehydrating and packing techniques dried mushrooms will generally last up to one year on the pantry shelf.

Product Details

Our porcini mushrooms are graded AA first choice and are also known as cepes. These extra grade pale brown wild mushrooms have a meaty texture and pungent, earthy flavor.

How to Use:

One ounce dry mushrooms reconstitutes into 3 to 4 ounces. You'll find these pantry staples great for making sauces, soups, stir-fry, rice and pasta dishes.
