Product Overview
Anna Maria Billi is one of just a handful of women producing olive oils in Italy today. Her ancient olive trees are located just north of Rome where they are harvested by hand and processed in the old world traditional methods.
La Mola Extra Virgin Olive Oil has received over 20 awards over the last several years in as many competitions for its outstanding taste, aroma and flavor. We know you'll find this oil a welcome addition to your pantry.
Le Corte Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a palate pleasing Tuscan olive oil produced from 100% organically grown ancient trees on the Le Corti estate of Principe Corsini just south of Florence. The Corsini family has been in the olive oil business for about 500 years.
The property's 15,000 olive trees are still picked by hand, and the fruits of the harvest are crushed and cold pressed on site in an authentic stone mill or frantoio. Most of Corsini's employees at harvest time take their payment in oil rather than cash, giving credence to this oil's reputation as "liquid gold."
The Estate's traditional production of extra virgin olive oil has remained unchanged, although the technology used to extract and preserve the oil has been improved.

The La Mola extra virgin olive oil has a fruity yet intense grassy taste. It's a very aromatic extra virgin olive oil that's pressed from frantoio and leccino olives. A combination that gives this oil a greenish hue with beautiful yellowish highlights.
Le Corte Extra Virgin Olive Oil is considered a slightly heavier oil with the characteristics of a fine organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil. It is smooth and buttery tasting in the front of the mouth and finishes with a slight peppery taste on the back of the palate.
