If you love mushrooms you will love the flavor of this outstanding stock. It's a 20 to one reduction with a deep, rich flavor and color that comes from reduced French classic mushroom sauce, sherry wine, salt, water, spices, garlic and modified food starch as a thickening agent.
Two tablespoons or 1.5 ounces will reconstitute into 4 cups of mushroom stock. Use less liquid (water or wine) for a thicker richer flavor.

How to Use: The essence can be used full strength as a mushroom essence or reconstituted for sauces, soups, stews, rice, risotto, pasta, vegetarian, and stir-fry dishes. Use it with fresh or dried mushrooms to kick the flavor up a notch or two.
