More Than Gourmet has created a true taste of the sea and a great time saver for the home cook. When you open the container a heady aroma of wine and lobster is released to fill the air.

A freshly prepared seafood stock should be used the same day it is made. Not here, this reduction is good for eighteen months unopened and up to one year once opened and refrigerated with no preservatives or additives.

Ingredients: Lobster, Shrimp, White Wine (contains sulfites), Fish, Dried Shrimp, Salt, Carrot, Gelatin, Mirepoix , (made of carrot, celery, and onion stock), Dried Codfish Stock, Tomato Paste, Dried Crab Stock, Garlic Extract. Product contains crustaceans and fish.

Reconstitute two tablespoons or 1.5 ounces to make 4 cups of lobster/seafood stock. The easiest way to reconstitute this fabulous tasting stock is with wine, water and the addition of any seasonings and spices to compliment its already deep, rich flavors.
