The preparation and cooking
time required to make a classic French style lobster/seafood stock can
easily consume an entire day. That's ignoring the time spent searching
for lobster and shrimp shells, fresh fish bones and fish trimmings that
are becoming harder to come by.
"The
products have taken the prep work, and the guess work out of preparing
demi-glace, roasted chicken stock, fish stock and other classic French
preparations."
