Ingredients: This flavorful herb seasoning consists of the subtle flavors of thyme blended with the pungent aroma of savory, the fresh scent of rosemary, an anise-like flavor from fennel, and the distinctively clean, aromatic scent of lavender petals.
How to use: The perfect seasoning for roasting meats, game or fowl. Rub a light coating of olive oil on the meat or game to be roasted and then liberally coat. If cooking chicken you can add a little lemon juice with the oil before adding the herbs combination.
You can even make a salad dressing using a little olive oil, a balsamic vinegar and a sprinkling of Herbs de Provence. It can also add a wonderful flavor to stews or in slow cooker recipes.
