The La Mola extra virgin olive oil has a fruity yet intense grassy taste. It's a very aromatic extra virgin olive oil that's pressed from frantoio and leccino olives. A combination that gives this oil a greenish hue with beautiful yellowish highlights.
How to Use:
A good extra virgin olive oil is rarely used for cooking. Primarily because it has a low flash point and because the delicate flavors are destroyed in the cooking process.
