Pure, clear rendered duck fat, a little salt, and rosemary extract is all it takes to bring about a deeper, richer flavor to a variety of special recipes. Duck fat is very versatile, has a higher flash point and lower cholesterol than butter or other cooking fats.
Use the Graisse de Canard from More Than Gourmet full strength for maximum results. Keep duck fat in your pantry until ready for use. It is shelf stable for up to 18 months and once opened and refrigerated it will last up to 9 months.
