How to use:
Demi-Glace Gold is a fantastic base that will add deep, rich flavors to a variety of recipes calling for demi glace. It's perfect for creating sauces for steaks, roasts, chops and other red meat dishes. (1.5 ounces or two tablespoons will make up to one cup of sauce-about 4 servings).
You can enhance your sauces with a touch of cream, wine, herbs, mushrooms, and truffles. Try a teaspoon per cup of rice, and other grains for added flavor. Use as a soup base or a flavored broth (2 ounces makes a quart). Be as creative as you like with this superb product.
