How To Use: This is the chicken version of our most popular More Than Gourmet French Classic Demi Glace Gold used with most of our beef recipes. Use this chicken demi glace for your poultry and pork recipes when a lighter, rich-tasting stock is called for.
Because this chicken demi-glace has a binder you can quickly and easily make sauces in a matter of minutes. 1½ -ounces will reconstitute into 1 cup of chicken demi glace to make a delicious tasting sauce.
You can also use chicken demi glace for recipes where you want a richer tasting chicken flavor such as stews, soups, pasta and rice dishes. For a flavorful roasted chicken stock use 1½ -ounces to 20 parts hot water, which is the equivalent of four cups. |
