A "windy city" inspiration that combines cracked black pepper, coarse sea salt, coarsely chopped garlic, onion and other spices. It imparts a bold flavor found only in those Chicago steak and chop houses of old. It's also delicious on baked French fried potatoes, or sprinkled on salad.

Ingredients: The ingredients used to create this impeccably delicious seasoning consists of a blend of coarse sea salt, coarsely chopped and dehydrated garlic and onion, cracked black pepper, spices, soybean oil, and chili pepper.
How to use: The consistency of this coarse rub makes it an outstanding seasoning for steaks and chops. Rub the meat with a light olive oil and apply a generous amount of seasoning to the meat before cooking. Let the meat stand for 15 to 20 minutes before cooking.
We've also created wonderful oven baked French fried potatoes. You can easily make them with a little olive oil tossed with sliced potatoes and coated with seasoning. Roast in the oven and turn often until done. It's a steak and potato blue plate special. Add a salad and your feast is as quick as 1, 2, 3!
