Harvey's Black Currant Low Fat/No-Fat Cream Pie
One of Harvey's favorite desserts is a slice of delicious cream pie. With a little experimentation he came up with this tasty gem substituting lowfat and non-fat ingredients to make it a healthy treat. Now his wife says he can have two slices of pie if he eats all his dinner.
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
16 oz non-fat Cool Whip
14 oz can of non-fat condensed milk
1/2 cup Splash! Black Currant Reduction Sauce***
10 inch ready-made pie crust (available in most supermarkets)

1. Blend the cool whip and condensed milk together in a bowl with a spatula. Add the black currant reduction sauce and continue mixing until all the ingredients are completely incorporated.
2. Transfer the mixture to the pie crust. Cover with saran wrap or foil and place in the freezer for 12 to 24 hours.
3. Remove the pie from the freezer at least one hour before serving.
4. Cut pie into wedges and plate. Drizzle a small amount of addition black currant sauce on each slice and serve.
Cooking Tips
***Add additional sauce up to one cup as desired. You can substitute any of our Splash! pomegranate based flavors instead of the black currant.
