Three Berry Dessert with Pomegranate Port Sauce
 
There is nothing better than finishing a delicious meal with fresh berries, a dash of marscapone cheese splashed with a pomegranate port wine sauce. It's refreshingly different with a sweet, tart flavor that's a real palate pleaser.

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup  fresh strawberries, rinsed, stems removed and sliced in half    
1 cup  whole fresh blueberries, rinsed    
1 cup  whole blackberries , rinsed    
4 tbs   marscapone cheese***    
4 tbs   Splash! Pomegranate Port Reduction Sauce***    

  1. Place all the berries into a large bowl. Splash on the pomegranate port reduction sauce and toss. Cover and refrigerate for up to two hours before serving.
  2. To Serve place equal amounts of mixed berries into 4 dessert dishes. Place one tablespoon marscapone cheese on top of the berries in each dish. Drizzle the remaining sauce from the bowl equally over each dish of berries and serve.

 Cooking Tips
***Vanilla ice cream or yogurt make great substitutions for marscapone cheese.
